Legal

Terms of sale & use

Effective from: 26 September 2026

About these terms

These terms cover your purchase and use of Swimera digital content, supplied by [legal entity name and registered address] (“Swimera”, “we”). Buying a level or pack means you accept them. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — if you’re a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or EU, you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country you live in.

The product

Swimera’s seven levels, family game packs, stroke plans and skill packs are separately purchased digital resources for parents and responsible adults. Each level and pack contains ten sessions of about 30 minutes, plus printable poolside cards. Swimera is supportive guidance. It is not professional instruction and is not a guarantee of swimming ability or water safety. The completion certificate is a personal record of practice, not a formal qualification or award.

Purchases, price and access

Prices and currency are shown at checkout in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Buying a level or pack grants access only to that level or pack, unless you buy a bundle. After payment you receive an on-screen library link and an emailed access link; the emailed link is a durable, personal way back into your library on any device — keep it private. Access does not expire and is provided for your personal, non-commercial household use.

Permitted use

One purchasing household may view and print its purchased content for personal use. You may not resell, publicly share, sublicense or redistribute the content or your access link. We may withdraw access that has been shared or abused, and for a payment that is refunded or charged back.

Cancellations and refunds

Because this is digital content delivered immediately at your request, by completing checkout you ask us to begin supplying it straight away and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations is lost once your access link has been issued. Outside of that, if the content is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t match these terms, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To ask for a refund on those grounds, email support@swimera.co.uk with your order details and we’ll respond within 5 working days.

Safety

You are responsible for providing constant, close adult supervision and for following venue rules and staff instructions at all times. See our swimming safety guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes arising from how the guidance is applied, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that level, pack or bundle.

Changes

We may update the content and these terms from time to time, for example to reflect a change in the law or how the service works. We’ll update the date above when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms; if a change materially reduces what you’re entitled to, we’ll tell you directly.
